• First Session: 90 Minutes – $60

• Subsequent sessions:  ½ hour – $25    |   1 hour – $40

1 hour sessions and 90 minute sessions available at your home in Eastham, Wellfleet or Truro with $15 added travel fee.

Walking Workouts:

• 1 hour workout: $30 (can be split up to 3 ways)

Corrective Exercise:  Similar to the goal of Orthopedic Massage, the goal of Corrective Exercise is to create balance around joints by lengthening muscles that are tight and strengthening muscles that are weak. The intent of corrective exercise is injury prevention, but it is also effective in correcting muscle imbalances that are causing pain as well as following up on the work of physical therapists and/or other health care providers after injury.  Corrective exercise involves a detailed health history, posture assessments, range of motion testing, and a selection of movement screens.  The therapist will use information gained by assessment to take the client through a corrective exercise plan tailored to their challenges.

Once exercises are learned and can be performed with perfect form, clients may choose to work independently at home or continue coming in for more supervision and motivation.  Equipment used will be minimal, simple and inexpensive.  If clients are accustomed to exercising in a gym setting they may choose to perfect their workout with Sharon at Fitness Revolution in Orleans and continue there or take their routine to a gym nearer their home.

Personal Training: Whether your goal is health maintenance, stress reduction, weight management or improved balance, exercise is key! If you are unsure of exercises or correct form, need motivation or simply enjoy working out with a “guide”, Personal Training may be just what you are looking for. Clients who choose personal training will be screened first for faulty movement patterns using the assessments of corrective exercise.  Any imbalances will be addressed as part of an on-going workout plan tailored to their needs and goals.  Personal training clients may choose a one-time appointment for assessment and exercise plan (90 minutes only) but most will be better served by starting with several sessions to be continued with regular appointments or periodic tune ups.

Corrective Exercise and Personal Training can take place at our beautiful new studio. Extra fees apply to any work outside of the Cahoon Hollow studio

Walking Workouts in Wellfleet Woods:   Enjoy an hour long walk in the woods while working out!  A full body workout crafted to your needs using body weight exercises and  stretch bands.  This can be booked as an individual or in groups up to 3 to reduce cost and increase fun!  This is offered year round.

Longer guided hikes are also available on request!
